I have added the asynchronous use of SQL reader to the threading demo app.

There is a script DemoProc.SQL that needs to be run against the Northwind Database.

The connection string in the web config will also need editing to suit

Note: Codes are submitted as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.
