Hello Rupert Rieger,
To run application without white screen, you can try to do the following: 1. Close all Visual Studio windows.
2. Uninstall Visual WebGui Professional Studio on your machine. 3. Go to: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Gizmox\Licenses and remove any *.lic files that are in this directory if there are any. In MS Windows Vista and Windows 7 it is in the “C:\ProgramData\Gizmox\Licenses” or “C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Gizmox\Licenses” directory.
4. Log in as the user “Administrator” if using MS Windows Vista, or a user with full administrative privileges, if using a different MS Windows operating system. 5. Install Visual WebGui Professional Studio.
6. Open MS Visual Studio and on the menu, click on Tools -> Gizmox -> Visual WebGui License. 7. Click on Next and continue until you get an activation confirmation.
Sorry, we can provide you with license key tomorrow ASAP.
Hope it helps you.

Hello Mr. Rieger,
I see you currently have the machine 'NB6720' already activated on your license.
By your post on this thread here, I understand you have encountered an "Activation Count Exceeded Limitation" error message.
I now manually revoked the activation on the machine ‘NB6720’ (last activated on 01/JUN/2010).
You can now reactivate on that machine.
Submitting tickets is only meant for customers who purchased a service package and wants to request use of a service.
If you want to purchase a service package, you can do so from this page here.
Next time if you have an urgent licensing matter to resolve, you can send an e-mail to Support [at] VisualWebGui [dot] com, with your request.
It will be handled within one business day in most cases.

Hello Mr. Cohen,
many Thanks, I am really in a hurry.
The NB6720 is a HP Notebook, on which i first tested VWG. For demonstration purposes it would be great if the licence on it will stay.
Since two months i am working on my PC, named PCRupert. I shall try licencing on it in the next hour.
Regards
Rupert Rieger

Hello Mr. Rieger,
I understand what you are saying.
You can activate on this machine again, by following the instructions in the "Details" section of this Wiki article here.
If you encounter any issues please reply to this message.
Also, you should know that our licensing system is built in a way that allows users to install and activate and the uninstall and install any other Visual WebGui version (created after Visual WebGui v6.3.6) with having to revoke the activation and activate again. This is a fully automatic process that goes on in the background. Rarely, mostly for security reasons this fails and the user is required to ask for the revokation of his/her machine's activation.
