| Where are VWG's Cloud templates? |

After installing VWG Professional Studio 6.4.0, running in VS 2010 with the 1.3 Azure tools SDK installed, I don't see any specific Visual Webgui Cloud templates. If I create a Windows Azure Project, for example, there is no specific visual webgui webrole template, which I would think is necessary to bring in the cloud router, etc. Is there something I missed?

Hi,
Have you watched the Cloud Templates Video, and can you pinpoint what you are missing if you compare to what's being used in that video ?

The video shows that when creating a Cloud Service Project, there should be a Visual Webgui WebRole to associate with it. This template is missing. So it should be there upon installation? Or is there some further step for me to take?

Hi,
I don't have the Azure tools installed on my workstation, so I can't really test right now. We will have to wait till Sunday or Monday for this to be checked.
Just as a initial assurance, in case you might have missed it.... did you install Visual WebGui before or after you installed the Azure tools ? If you installed Visual WebGui before Azure, then I'm sure your problem is that the Visual WebGui installation simply decided you didn't have the Azure tools, so no need to install any templates. In that case, simply uninstall Visual WebGui and reinstall it.

I tried a full reinstall of 6.4 and did get the VWG WebRole to show up in VS 2010. So that solves the problem in effect. My VS 2008 which has the cloud service installed however does not have any VWG WebRole project after this installation of 6.4.
