OEM / SaaS license agreements are required when your application combines the Visual WebGui (VWG) SDK and is distributed to more than 5 end user organizations or serves, more than 5 end user organizations as SaaS.

This license allows you to remove the LGPL VWG waiver, and you do not have to notify your end user organization that you had embedded VWG in your product. This commercial distribution option entitles you to a lifetime royalty free deployment of that specific named application.
